AMCOM EXPRESS

ADS-I is a subcontractor under the Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) contract. Through the four domains; Programmatic, Technical, Logistical, and Business and Analytical, ADS-I Group provides advisory and assistance services to AMCOM and its customers with Federal Supply Schedule contractors, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation. This omnibus contract also provides technical support for Combat Capabilities Command Aviation and Missile Center (CCDC-AvMC), the Program Executive Offices (PEO), and allies for fielded Army aviation and missile systems.

Small Business Administration (SBA), Service Disable Veteran Owned Direct Award

The government limits competition for certain contracts to businesses that meet specific eligibly requirements. It also gives preferential consideration to those businesses in full and open competition. The federal government’s goal is to award at least three percent of all federal contracting dollars to Service Disabled Veteran Owned small businesses (SDVOSB) each year. Participants can receive sole-source contracts, up to a ceiling of $4 million for goods and services and $6.5 million for manufacturing.
