Once the viewer’s attention has been grabbed with your headline the next thing to do is make your advert interesting and desirable. Mention key points as to why one should buy your product and what’s so special about it. Put yourself in the viewer’s shoe and see if you would be enticed by such an ad or not.
Finally, don’t give away everything in your advert. End it with “plus extras” or “price negotiable” as this gives the viewer a chance to call or contact you which in turn increases your chance of sale. The more people that call or contact you the higher the chance of you personally being able to convince them.
In addition, make sure that when you are preparing your ad you keep the target audience in mind. As headings and details will differ depending on the type of audience you are targeting. Once your ad is ready test it with a few people you know before putting it on the web.
